Rotary Club of Calcutta Chowrenghee

In keeping with Rotary International's mission of providing clean drinking water to both rural and urban population, RC Calcutta Chowrenghee entered into a partnership with a New York based group Clean Water For Children, now known as Bees, Trees & Water. Mr. Spicer, a high end fashion industry executive along with his friends and colleagues at Coty International initiated the project with a commitment of setting up tube wells. Chowrenghee member Rtn Urmi Basu and local partner member from Sundarbans Green Environment Association, Mr Pranabesh Maity has been coordinating the project.
